Why KISS?

I believe there is biais around SEO; everything makes it look complicated, there are experts (and gurus) in the subject, over-complicated plugins, and very advanced system to analyze your SEO. You might have listen to a lot of those experts, tried a lot of complex plugins, and even tried to analyze your SEO with the hope of improving it, but without really being successful.

I am here to tell you that there is only two good ways of achieving amazing SEO:

• Actually hire an expert, set up complex dashboards to follow-up with everything, and try to trick Google the best you can without falling in the black-hat trap
• Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS), focus on the quality of your content while making sure your website is fast and technically irreprochable

Personally, I have always succeeded with the second option, implementing my own SEO in my own themes and websites. Now, I have decided to move all my implementation in a simple but powerful little plugin which I named SEO Kiss. I don’t expect it to be popular, as I will not try to please anyone through eye-candy, ads, speeches. But I will try to please my current users who enjoy simple and clean websites, that run fast, and craft for perfections.
